A postgraduate in History and Rural Social Development Ms. Madhur Sarangi joined in Civil Service cader during the year 1975 .Before joining as Chairperson of OFDC she was the Principal Secretary ,Fisheries and Animal Resources Dept. ,Govt. of Orissa.

Before his Joining as Managing Director in OFDC he was serving as Director Horticulture in the Dept of Horticulture.

Pitamber Sethi,IFS, Director-Commercial, Corporate Office

Joined on 18/8/08 as Director-Commercial at OFDC Hqrs.He has completed his B.Sc(Ag) from OUAT,Bhubaneswar and M.Sc(Ag) from IARI, New Delhi. He has joined the Indian Forest Service in 1979. After joining in the IFS cader he has served as D.F.O & Conserator of Forests in Trritrial /KL & Social Forestry Wing in Forest Dept. Orissa. In OFDC he has served as Divisional Maager in Commercial wing and General Manager ,Bolangir Commercial Zone and has held additional charges of Sambalpur and Berhampur Zones at different times.

Dr.Meeta Biswal born on 26/06/1965 joined the Indian Forest Service in the year 1988. Educationally she holds Master degree in two subjects i.e-M.Sc[Chemistry] & M.Sc[Forestry] .She completed her Ph.D in Forestry on Holistic Resources assessment & Quantification of Bio-Diversity. Her acheivements includes presentation of papers in National and International Seminars/ Symposia/Workshops .i]Issues relaing to Traditional Knowledge System and Intellectual Property Rights published in XII World Forestry Congress,Quebec City Canada,2003.ii]Quantification of species iversity:A criterion for sustainable forest management(A Case Study) presented and published in XXII IUFRO,World Congress,2005,Brisbane,Australia.She served as a faculty in Indira Gandhi Forest Academy, Dehradun for 6 Years & as DFO in F&E Deptt. for 9 years.

Abhaya Kanta Pathak, IFS(OR:1987), General Manager, Behrampur zone

Academically Mr.Abhay Kant Pathak is M.Sc in Zoology [Gold Medalist] from Bhagalpur University with the LLB degree from Bhopal University. Later on he completed M.Sc in Forstry from Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy,Deradun. After joining in the IFS cader he served as DFO in Boudh,Angul & Berhampur Divisions.During 1995~1999 he served as DyCF[Central] at Ministry of Environment & Forests,Govt. of India at Bhopal and dealt forest conservation Act & EPA matters. In the year 1999 he represented India as an International expert on plantation forestry organised by United Nations at Santiago[Chile ,South America] . Worked as Conservator of Forsts from 2006~2008 in Koraput Circle. From 10.06.2008 he is working as General Manager Berhampur-C Zone.
