Shri Vinod Kumar (DOB04.04.1956) joined the Indian Forest services in 1978. Having his school education from Bihar and university education from the Banaras Hindu University. He has also served the central Government with the faculty of the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun for over five and half years as Associate Professor and Joint Director (Administration). He has served OFDC earlier in capacity of general manager in Zones and as Director (Operation). Before Becoming Managing Director in july2006. He was the special secretary to government of orissa in forest and Environment Department and the Member Secretary, Orissa satae medicine plant Advisory Board for about 2 years. In orisa and in the Forest Department, he has held posting in all wings—territorial, kenduleaf, working plan, wildlife. Social. Forestry. And a forestation at different level with jurisdiction covering all regions of the state separately or together at different times.

Dr.Meeta Biswal born on 26/06/1965 joined the Indian Forest Service in the year 1988. Educationally she holds Master degree in two subjects i.e-M.Sc[Chemistry] & M.Sc[Forestry] .She completed her Ph.D in Forestry on Holistic Resources assessment & Quantification of Bio-Diversity. Her acheivements includes presentation of papers in National and International Seminars/ Symposia/Workshops .i]Issues relaing to Traditional Knowledge System and Intellectual Property Rights published in XII World Forestry Congress,Quebec City Canada,2003.ii]Quantification of species iversity:A criterion for sustainable forest management(A Case Study) presented and published in XXII IUFRO,World Congress,2005,Brisbane,Australia.She served as a faculty in Indira Gandhi Forest Academy, Dehradun for 6 Years & as DFO in F&E Deptt. for 9 years.

Born on 07/02/1952 Mr.B.B.Dash has completed his School education from Bamanal[Puri District] and Bachelor Degree in Science along with Degree in Law from Utkal University. He added his Professional qualification in two distinguished Institutions ,i.e-Institute of Cost & Works Accountants India and Institute of Charted Secretaries India. Now he is the Fellow Member of the above Institutes. He was joined as Company Secretary in OFDC in the year 1988. Before joining in OFDC he was also served Coal India Ltd as Accounts Officer .
