Dr. R. N. Bohidar joined the Indian Administrative Services in 1974. Academically he has completed B.SC (Hons. In Physics) in the year 1969 with best graduate of Sambalpur university. He has got the degree of M.Sc from IIT, New Delhi in the year 1971 and Ph.D. (Environmental and Geo-Physics from Department of Earth Science, Brown University, U.S.) He has served as Sub-Collector of Rayagada, Collector of Ganjam, and Secretary to Government, Industries, Steel & Mines, Energy and Tourism. He was APC for the last 2 years and Now D.C-Cum- Additional Chief Secretary, Orissa.

Vinod Kumar, IFS, Managing Director
Shri Vinod Kumar (DOB04.04.1956) joined the Indian Forest services in 1978. Having his school education from Bihar and university education from the Banaras Hindu University. He has also served the central Government with the faculty of the Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy, Dehradun for over five and half years as Associate Professor and Joint Director (Administration). He has served OFDC earlier in capacity of general manager in Zones and as Director (Operation). Before Becoming Managing Director in july2006. He was the special secretary to government of orissa in forest and Environment Department and the Member Secretary, Orissa satae medicine plant Advisory Board for about 2 years. In orisa and in the Forest Department, he has held posting in all wings—territorial, kenduleaf, working plan, wildlife. Social. Forestry. And a forestation at different level with jurisdiction covering all regions of the state separately or together at different times.

Shri Bharat Ranjan Mishra, ( D.O.B 15/1/1953) joined Orissa Finance Service on 2.11.1978.He has passed M.A. ( History ) from Utkal University, Vani Vihar.He has worked for Departments of the Government of Orissa, like Revenue, Excise, Health, Commercial Taxes, School and Mass Education and Transport in various capacities.
