Plywood

The plywood industry at kuikeda near Saintala of Bolangir District was incorporated during 1983 and started commercial production during the year 1986-87.This unit continued its operation up to 1992-93.This unit closed due to non availability of raw material because of ban of felling imposed by the state government.

OFDC Ltd, was executed an agreement with M/S.V. M. enterprises to run the factory on lease basis during the year 1997 with certain terms and conditions. The factory was running up to 1999 by M/S V. M. Enterprises.

OFDC authority has taken the decision to run the factory in near future.
